At Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH, we want you to be fully satisfied with your premium audio experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
